Yes, RELX pods contain 1.9ml of 18 mg/ml strength nic salt e-liquid and are not currently available in different strengths or with a nicotine free option.

No, RELX pods are a closed pod which means they cannot be refilled and the coil cannot be accessed. Once the pod is empty it should be responsibly disposed of and replaced with a new one.
