Which e-liquid will work best for your vape kit depends on the type of device you are using. If you are using a starter kit or pod vape kit your device will most likely be best paired with a 50/50 e-liquid.
If you are using a sub-ohm or advanced vape kit you would be best to use a high VG e-liquid with a thick consistency.
What is the difference between 50/50 and high VG?
50/50 and high VG e-liquids refer to the ratio of VG (vegetable glycerine) and PG (propylene glycol) in the base mix. These two ingredients make up the majority of an e-liquid and their ratio dictates the consistency of the e-liquid.
50/50 e-liquids have equal amounts of VG and PG and have a thin consistency, whereas high VG e-liquids have more VG than PG and have a thicker consistency. This makes them work better with different types of vape kits; 50/50 e-liquids are best used with starter kits and pod systems, while high VG e-liquids are better suited to sub-ohm and advanced vape kits.
What flavourings are used in dessert e-liquids?
All e-liquids are flavoured using food grade flavour concentrates, and an e-liquid usually contains around 10% flavour concentrate.
This is because the flavour is very concentrated and needs to be mixed with the VG/PG base mix of an e-liquid to make it taste good and to create an overall consistency that can be vaped.
