The PIXL Duo 12 is a reusable big puff vape kit which can hold 12ml of e-liquid at a time, offering up to 6,000 puffs between pod changes and a built-in rechargeable battery. The unique design utlises two 1ml prefilled pods and two 5ml refill containers, in two different complimentary flavours. The refill containers attach to the pods to keep them topped up with e-liquid, allowing you to keep using the vape for up to six times longer than a standard 2ml prefilled pod kit before the pods need to be replaced. Replacement pods/refills for the Duo 12 can then be used to replace the empty pods, allowing you to continue using the device.
This offers an excellent alternative to those who have been using big puff disposable vapes and are now looking for a reusable alternative. The design and use of the device is very similar to that of big puff disposables, but the replaceable pods and rechargeable battery mean that you are throwing away far less plastic and electrical waste, and saving money.
If you do prefer a disposable option though, or are looking for a short-term vaping solution ahead of something like a night out or short trip, the PIXL big puff disposable vapes offer an excellent alternative to standard 2ml disposable vapes.
The PIXL 6000 range are a type of big puff vape often referred to as a 10+2, this is because the device comes prefilled with 2ml of vape juice and with an additional 10ml of e-liquid in a refill container. The refill container is attached to the device and will continuously refill the 2ml internal tank until the full 12ml of 20 mg/ml vape juice has been used up. At this point the device can be responsibly disposed of and replaced.
To make sure that you can make the most of the e-liquid that comes with the device, the 650 mAh built-in battery can be recharged whenever needed via USB-C cable (not included), and a small screen on the device will display the remaining battery percentage so it is easy to keep track.
Both the PIXL Duo 12 and the PIXL 6000 offer two user modes, standard mode which offers a lower vapour production, or boost mode, which offers a higher vapour production, so you can choose the mode that best suits your preferences.

Are PIXL big puff vapes refillable?
This will depend on which PIXL vape you are using. The PIXL 6000 range are a type of disposable vape that come with 12ml of vape juice, but once this e-liquid is used up the device cannot be refilled and will need to be disposed of. However, the PIXL Duo 12 is a reusable vape kit, which cannot be refilled in the traditional sense but is compatible with a range of prefilled replacement pods that allow you to continue using the device once the e-liquid runs out.
Do PIXL big puff vapes contain nicotine?
Yes, all of the PIXL vapes we stock contain a 20 mg/ml nicotine strength e-liquid, and are not currently available in any other strengths or without nicotine.
Are PIXL big puff vapes rechargeable?
Yes, the PIXL Duo 12 and PIXL 6000 vapes both have built-in rechargeable batteries. While the Duo 12 is a reusable vape kit and can be used indefinitely by replacing the pods, the PIXL 6000 range are a type of disposable vape, so although the battery can be recharged the device can only be used for as long as the e-liquid inside lasts. Once empty it will need to be disposed of and replaced. These devices can be charged via USB-C cable, but it is important to note that this is not included with the device.
How many puffs in a PIXL 6000 vape?
Each PIXL 6000 big puff disposable vape can offer up to 6,000 puffs before it will expire and need to be replaced. This is an estimate provided by the manufacturer that can be treated as a guide to how long the vape will last, however the actual puff count will vary depending on your vaping style and whether you use the boost power setting.
