For next working day delivery services we despatch all orders placed on weekdays before 5pm on the same day. For standard delivery services we despatch all orders placed before 3:30pm on the same day weekdays.
Orders placed after these times will be despatched the following working day. Next working day delivery orders placed after these times on Fridays and at weekends will be despatched the following Monday except during bank holidays.
Standard
Orders using our standard delivery are sent using a Royal Mail or Yodel service. There is a £2.99 delivery charge on orders under £20, orders over £20 are entitled to free standard delivery. Royal Mail and Yodel estimate 2-3 working days after despatch for these services, however occasionally there may be delays to the delivery, for example, following a bank holiday or busy period.
Next working day
We offer a next working day delivery service for a charge of £4.99 across the UK. In order to receive your order the next day you will need to place the order before 5pm, orders placed after 5pm will not be despatched until the following working day and received two working days after the order is placed. Our Next working day delivery service is delivered via the courier service APC and a signature is required upon delivery.
Please allow additional time for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and remote locations.
Order tracking
APC (next working day and Saturday services)
Full tracking is available at https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking. The consignment number has 22 numbers only (no letters) and the delivery postcode is also required. You will also receive updates via email directly from APC.
Royal Mail (standard services)
Please note that this is not a fully tracked service so details will only show after the delivery has first been attempted. Track at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. The reference number is alphanumeric and has 21 characters.
Yodel (standard services)
Yodel will automatically email you when the order is on its way and again when delivery has been attempted. Both emails contain a link directly to full tracking information. Full tracking available at https://www.yodel.co.uk/track/. The reference number is in the format JD00000000000000000 where the first two characters are ‘JD’ and the remaining 17 characters are numeric. The delivery postcode is also required.
Saturday
If your schedule makes it difficult to be home during the week to receive your delivery, we offer a Saturday delivery service for guaranteed Saturday delivery, this service has a delivery charge of £9.99. In order to receive a Saturday delivery, the order will need to be placed by 5pm on Friday, any Saturday delivery orders received after 5pm will not be delivered until the following Saturday. A signature is required upon delivery via this service.
Delivery FAQs
When will my order be despatched?
We offer same day despatch on next day delivery orders placed Monday – Friday before 5pm, meaning they will be processed, picked and sent out by our website on the day you place the order. Any orders placed after these times Monday-Thursday will be despatched the following day, and on Friday will be despatched the following Monday except for Bank Holidays.
For standard delivery services we will usually despatch same day if the order is placed before 3:30pm, although it is possible that we will not be able to despatch until the following working day.
When will be my order be delivered?
This will depend on the delivery method you have chosen. Orders placed with a Next Day delivery service that are placed before 5pm from Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed between 5pm on Friday and 5pm on Monday will be delivery on Tuesday. Orders with a standard delivery service will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days after despatch. Orders with a Saturday delivery service placed before 5pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Saturday following the order.

Despatch and delivery
Orders placed using our next working day delivery service orders that are placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are despatched same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 3:30pm weekdays using our standard delivery service will also be despatched same day.
For all delivery services once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from Evapo letting you know your order is ‘complete’ meaning it has left our warehouse and is on its way to you!
Track your order
We can only offer full tracking on orders placed using a Next Day delivery service or Saturday service. These are despatched via the courier service APC Overnight and the tracking number will be provided in the email you receive to confirm that your order is complete. You can track your delivery on the APC Overnight tracking page where you can also manage your delivery options.
Cancelling or amending an order
If you have placed an order with us and subsequently realised you need to make a change to the items you have ordered or the delivery address, or even cancel the order completely, it is best to get in contact with our customer service team as soon as possible. We strive to despatch orders quickly, and on the day they are placed, so there may be times that we unfortunately cannot make the adjustments, but we will always strive to help.
