About prefilled vape pods
Prefilled vape pods are small plastic pods that come prefilled with e-liquid, ready to be inserted into a pod vape kit. They are made to be used exclusively with compatible prefilled pod systems and are not cross-compatible unless otherwise stated. Standard prefilled pods have a 2ml e-liquid capacity, however pod packs compatible with big puff vapes may also come with a larger refill that keeps the pod topped up to help it last longer between pod changes.
Once a prefilled pod is finished, replacing it with a new one is quick and easy – you can enjoy a seamless experience.
Choosing the right prefilled vape pods
Each brand found here offers a range of prefilled vape pods in a variety of flavours and some also offer a choice of different nicotine strengths. You can then choose between these options based on your own personal needs and preferences. However, you are limited to the options offered for your chosen device, as these prefilled cartridges cannot be refilled.
Types of prefilled vape pods
2ml prefilled pods tend to be a great option if you are looking for something small, compact and extremely simple. The vape kits compatible with 2ml prefilled pods, like the Elf Bar 600, are commonly referred to as 600 puff disposable-style vape kits, as they offer a similar taste and experience to what was previously offered by disposable vapes.
Big puff prefilled pods on the other hand are ideal if you often find yourself out and about for extended periods and want something a little longer lasting. Big puff vape kits like the Lost Mary BM6000 can hold more than 2ml of vape juice at a time, either by holding multiple 2ml vape pods or using a combination of a 2ml pod and larger refill. This allows them to offer a higher puff count and last longer between pod changes.
Changing or replacing prefilled vape pods
Prefilled pod systems have been created to make the replacement of finished pods and/or refills extremely easy. You simply remove the empty pod and then click in the new prefilled pod of your choice and you are ready to start vaping. There is no need to wait for coils to prime, no fiddling with coils or filling with e-liquid, as this has all been done for you.

Can I refill a prefilled pod with e-liquid?
Prefilled pods are a closed system which are not designed to be refilled once empty. When the e-liquid inside the pod has been used up, you should throw the pod away and replace it with a new one. Attempting to refill the pod will most likely cause damage and render the pod unusable.
If you would like to be able to refill your pods you might want to consider moving to a refillable pod vape kit, which utilises pods which can be repeatedly refilled with your chosen compatible e-liquid.
How long will a prefilled pod last?
It is hard to say how long a prefilled pod will last as this varies from person to person depending on usage.
The pods will often have an estimated puff count provided by the manufacturer which will give you an idea of how long the pod will last. For 2ml pods this is usually up to 600 puffs but will be higher for big puff pod packs. It is important to remember that the actual puff count will vary depending on your vaping style.
