What are nic salts?
Nic salts are a form of nicotine which have been extracted from the tobacco plant using an acidic base. They are characterised by their smooth inhale, even at high nicotine strengths, and absorb into the system extremely quickly.
Nic salt e-liquids are ideal for new vapers because they are not harsh on the throat and they satisfy nicotine cravings very quickly, so you don’t need to vape for long to stop cravings in their tracks!
Which nicotine strength do I need?
When choosing your nicotine strength a good place to start is to look at your previous smoking habits. This way you can find a nicotine strength that matches the nicotine intake you are used to, to help manage nicotine cravings as you make the switch from smoking to vaping.
For heavy smokers, who smoke 20+ cigarettes a day, we recommend an 18 – 20 mg/ml nicotine strength.
Moderate smokers, who smoke between 10 – 20 cigarettes a day should try starting with a 10 – 12 mg/ml e-liquid.
Light smokers, those who smoke between 5 – 10 cigarettes a day would be well suited to a 6 mg/ml nicotine strength, and very light to casual smokers should start with a 0 – 3 mg/ml strength e-liquid.
This will help you identify what nicotine strength to start on, although you may need to go up or down a strength if you feel you need a stronger or weaker strength.
Which ratio e-liquid is best for my device?
E-liquids are available in with different ratios of VG (vegetable glycerine) and PG (propylene glycol) which effects the consistency of the e-liquid.
50/50 and high PG e-liquids have a thin, watery consistency which is best suited to starter kits and pod systems.
On the other hand, high VG e-liquids have a thicker consistency that makes them better suited to advanced and sub-ohm devices.

Which flavour should I choose?
