If you would prefer to add nicotine to your short fill it is easy to do using nicotine shots, which come in 10ml bottles with an 18 mg/ml nicotine strength. Short fills leave room in the bottle for the addition of enough nicotine shots to create a 3 mg/ml strength overall, so it is easy to mix the nicotine shot/s in.

No, you can choose whether you prefer a nicotine containing e-liquid or a nicotine free one depending on what your preferences and needs are.
