This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our super ambitious team that's passionate about vaping. Our aim is to help and educate people, converting each one of the 1.1 billion smokers into vapers in order to help improve their health and help them save money. Evapo is a multi-channel business hub in the new, exponentially growing vape industry. We want to shape and professionalise the industry in the UK whilst extending and establishing our own retail and e-commerce outlets. We have just opened our 39th store in the UK and we also have nine retail stores located in Germany.
As part of a small store team, you’ll inspire customers and help them to find just what they’re looking for and do everything you can to make their journey the best it can be. You’ll be quick to get to the heart of every customer's needs whether it’s making sure their favourite juice is in stock to giving advice to someone that knows nothing about vaping, and you will be able to find solutions that fit their requirements brilliantly. You are the sort of person who’ll go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, if you’re a quick learner and a team player, we’d love to hear from you!

Skills required
Bubbly and outgoing Be passionate about vaping - Essential Customer focused; interact with and advise customers in a professional and confident manner Ability to engage and inspire customers through questioning and listening skills Flexibility to work store trading hours including weekends, and work in alternative locations if required. Confident in handling payments Able to contribute towards store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, taking ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
