• Remove the PIXL Duo 12 device and refills from the packaging, including any stickers. The two 1ml pods are preinstalled, so insert the refills onto the top of the device ensuring that the flavour names on the refills are on the same side as the logo on the device.
• The device is ready to use straight away by inhaling through the mouthpiece.
• To switch between the two flavours, rotate the mouthpiece of the device. The flavour in use is the one underneath the mouthpiece.
• Click the button on the side of the device twice to switch between normal and boost mode.
• The battery percentage is displayed on the screen. When the battery is running low it can be recharged using a USB-C cable connected to an appropriate power supply.

How do you change pods for the PIXL Duo 12?

When the pods & refills are empty, pull up on the mouthpiece to remove them from the device. Remove the packaging from the new pods & refills, clip the refill containers together and attach them to the mouthpiece. Place the assembly back into the device. PIXL Duo 12 pods & refills can be replaced whenever you want to change flavours.

Can you change flavours on the PIXL Duo 12?

Yes, the PIXL Duo 12 lets you switch between the two installed flavours by twisting the Next Gen Twist Tech mouthpiece. This allows you to switch between the two flavours without removing or changing the pods. The flavour positioned underneath the mouthpiece is the one currently in use. 

Can you refill PIXL Duo 12 pods?

No, PIXL Duo 12 pods are not designed to be manually refilled with e-liquid. Each 1ml pod connects to a 5ml refill, which supplied e-liquid to the pod as you vape. Once the pods & refills are empty, they can be replaced with a new PIXL Duo 12 pod pack.

How do I know when to recharge my PIXL Duo 12?

The PIXL Duo 12 pod vape kit has a handy screen on the front of the device which displays the remaining battery percentage. We recommend putting the device on charge when the battery drops to around 10% or less.
