Previous Vaping Advancements
There have been many notable advancements that have changed the way we vape, one that allowed for a more personal and user-friendly vaping experience is variable wattage devices.
The introduction of e-cigarettes with variable wattage made it possible for the user to adjust the power output of their vape to suit their own vaping needs. This also paved the way for tanks with multiple coil options designed for different wattage ranges.

New Voice Control Technology
The latest advancement brings vaping on par with many other smart devices currently on the market. In the same way that smart phones and smart home devices can be controlled with a few words, this gives the user the option of controlling the power, wattage and other functions without having to click through various menu options.
Voice control technology utilises AI (artificial intelligence) to enable a device to react when a key word or phrase is said within range, this then prompts the device to ‘listen’ for following instructions. This technology is currently being utilised in a whole range of different gadgets including smart watches and laptop computers.
The IJoy Avenger 270 Kit
The Avenger 270 kit by IJoy is the ground-breaking device that is introducing AI powered voice control technology to the vaping market. The Avenger allows the user to control the device and change settings simply by saying ‘Hello IJoy’ and then giving one of the listed commands.
These commands include increasing/decreasing the wattage, locking/unlocking the device, shutdown, auto power, light activation and colour controls. While you are still able to control these options manually, the unique voice control simplifies and speeds up the process, and let’s face it, it’s pretty cool!
The mod is powered by either a dual 20700 or dual 18650 batteries, the battery slots fit two 20700 batteries but in the box you will find an 18650 battery adapter. Another great option on the Avenger 270 is the auto power capabilities, this means the mod will read the coil that is inserted and automatically set itself to the wattage that best suits that coil.
Inside the box you will also find two coils, a spare glass for the tank, tool pack, USB cable for firmware updates, user manual and the warranty card.
To accompany the mod, IJoy have produced the Avenger Sub-Ohm tank which is ideal for the cloud chasers among us! There is a choice of two coils, one of each coming with the kit, allowing the user to choose the coil that best suits their preference. Both coils contain a combination of wood pulp and organic cotton for maximum flavour and longevity, with one standard macro coil and one premade mesh coil.
