In January 2024, Evapo were awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence recognising businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience based on honest reviews.
What is the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award?
Feefo first established their Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to acknowledge brands that consistently receive great feedback from their customers. The awards are unique because they are granted based on analysis of feedback from verified customers, and truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Feefo work with over 6,000 brands and are the world’s largest provider of verified reviews, helping brands understand their customers by giving them a platform to provide their insight and experiences.
In order to receive the Platinum Award, we needed to have collected at least 50 reviews with Feefo between 1st January 2023 – 31st December 2023, and achieve an average service rating of 4.5 or above for three years in a row. Not only did we achieve this, but we actually exceeded it with 757 reviews received in the last year alone, and an average rating of 4.7!

How we turn your feedback into forests
In 2023 we also collaborated with Feefo on their new sustainability feature, Treefo. This initiative is helping to fund tree planting projects in exchange for honest customer reviews, helping our customers turn their feedback into forests.
After placing an online order with us you will receive an email from Feefo inviting you to review your experience and give us feedback. Each review we receive then helps fund the planting of new trees and aid in reforestation projects.
