Working with Evapo

As our company continues to grow, we are always looking for new members to join our team. We now have over 35 stores in the UK, as well as nine in Germany and we plan to continue to expand! When becoming a member of the Evapo team, you will join a small store team but also become a part of the larger Evapo family. Excellent customer service and helping our communities kick their smoking habits are at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for people who share in these beliefs.

Who would fit our team?

We are looking for individuals who are able to inspire and help our customers, assisting them in finding just what they are looking for and supporting them in every way possible throughout their journey. Quitting smoking can be a difficult undertaking, and many of our customers rely on us to help them achieve and maintain their successful quit attempt. You will need to be understanding, attentive and prepared to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service and support to each and every person who walks through our doors.

Sales Assistant

• Our store teams are small, so it is important that each member is a strong team player that can thrive in a small, close knit team.

• As a customer facing role, you will need to be comfortable and confident in talking to a range of different people.

• We are passionate about vaping, and we hope that you are too!

• Our stores are open 7 days a week, so you will need the flexibility to work store trading hours, including weekends, and possibly to work in alternative locations if required.

• Confident in handling payments and transactions.

• Willingness to learn, as our product ranges continue to grow, so will your knowledge.

• Able to contribute towards store sales and KPI targets, helping not only achieve but to exceed both store performance targets as well as your individual goals.

Assistant Manager

• Previous experience in a successful retail sales role as a Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisory role or similar is preferable.

• Experience in the vaping industry would be an advantage, but a good understanding of products and being a fast learner are a must.

• Share our passion for helping people to stop smoking and pursue a healthier lifestyle.

• Proven experience of customer service excellence, with the ability to communicate with customers in a confident and professional manner.

• Good interpersonal skills, you will be assisting the store manager to lead the team and motivate colleagues.

• Honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Store Manager

• Driven to succeed, with previous experience in a successful retail sales role as a Store Manager/Supervisory role or similar.

• Experience in the vaping industry would be an advantage, but a good understanding of products and being a fast learner are a must.

• Share our passion for helping people to stop smoking and pursue a healthier lifestyle.

• Proven experience of customer service excellence, with the ability to communicate with customers in a confident and professional manner.

• Ability to take accountability, prioritise and plan workload, with good organisational skills.

• Able to not only be a strong team player but also a leader, able to motivate colleagues and use initiative to deliver targets.

• Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
