About The Device
The JUUL C1 Connected device itself can be used either with or without the app, when used without the app it functions in much the same way as the existing JUUL device. The device is extremely user friendly, with no buttons or need to change coils or refill with e liquid.
The device takes pre-filled JUULpods with a built-in nichrome coil system and cotton wick for a consistent and enjoyable vaping experience every time.
The battery is surprisingly powerful for its small size, and is easily charged with the convenient USB charging dock which plugs directly into a USB port for easy charging at home and on the go.
It utilises JUUL's closed loop temperature algorithm to consistently deliver the perfect amount of power to the coil and the five LED light system shows you the remaining battery power at just a touch.
About The App
The JUUL C1 is a connected device and you can unlock its unique features by connecting it to the android app. Once you have verified your age on the app there are a number of useful options available.
- Secure Your Device
The app also gives the user increased control over the security of their device by allowing the user to remotely lock the device to prevent anyone using it whilst its not in your possession from the mobile app.
- JUUL Locator
You can then use the JUUL Locator option to keep track of your JUUL C1 Connected device, showing the device on a map & pinging a noise to the device from the app to help you find your lost JUUL device.
JUULpods
The JUUL C1 works just like your existing JUUL device, meaning that all original JUULpods are compatible with the new JUUL C1; so there is no need to throw your old ones away.
Available in 18 mg of nicotine, with 3 flavours also being available in 9 mg of nicotine.

Usage Monitor Discontinued
The discontinued ‘Usage Monitor’ feature from the JUUL C1 App will no longer collect puff data and will be removed from the app on the 1st of June 2020. The change in the App means that customers purchasing the device will no longer be able to monitor their usage or receive alerts, as described on older JUUL C1 packaging.
