We want to help you make sure that you are able to stock up on all of your vaping essentials this holiday season, and that any Christmas presents you order from us arrive in time for the big day. This post will outline the seasonal opening hours for our retail stores and Customer Service Hub, along with the online order cut off dates.
Evapo stores seasonal opening hours
Our Evapo high street stores will maintain their usual opening hours throughout December, right up until Christmas Eve on Wednesday December 24th.
See below for our Christmas and New Year opening hours:
Wednesday 24th December 2025 (Christmas Eve) – all stores will open at normal time and close at 6pm
Thursday 25th December 2025 (Christmas Day) – all stores will be closed
Friday 26th December 2025 (Boxing Day) – 10am – 6pm - except our Ashford, Caerphilly, Dartford & Gloucester stores which will be open 10am - 4pm, our Bracknell, Bristol, Hanley, High Wycombe, Horsham West St, Plymouth, Shrewsbury, Southampton, Thanet & Yeovil stores which will be open 10am - 5pm, our Basingstoke, Guildford & Hemel Hempstead stores which will be open 11am - 5pm, our Portsmouth & Redhill stores which will be open 10:30am - 4:30pm, and our Basildon & Bridgend stores which will be open 10am - 5:30pm

Monday 29th December 2025 - usual trading hours

Wednesday 31st December 2025 (New Year’s Eve) – all stores will open at normal time and close at 6pm
Thursday 1st January 2026 (New Year’s Day) – 10am - 6pm - except our Ashford, Caerphilly, Dartford & Gloucester stores which will be open 10am - 4pm, our Bracknell, Bristol, Hanley, High Wycombe, Horsham West St. Plymouth, Shrewsbury, Thanet & Yeovil stores which will be open 10am - 5pm, our Basingstoke, Guildford & Hemel Hempstead stores which will be open 11am - 5pm, and our Portsmouth & Redhill stores which will be open 10:30am - 4:30pm, and our Basildon & Bridgend stores which will be open 10am - 5:30pm. Our Evapo stores that are located in shopping centres or precincts will be open in line with the trading hours of their centre, if this includes your local store you can follow the link below to find out the seasonal trading hours.

Customer Service Hub and Support Centre
Our Customer Service Hub and Support Centre will both be closed on Thursday 25th December, Friday 26th December, and Thursday 1st January. You can still reach out to us via email, voicemail or social media on these days but please allow a little extra time for us to get back to you.
Christmas online orders
Whether you’re ordering Christmas presents or just a little treat for yourself, check our delivery cut off times below to make sure that your order arrives in time.
Orders with our standard First Class delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Friday 19th December for delivery before Christmas.
Orders on a Next Working Day delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December for delivery before Christmas. We will be utilising APC as the courier for orders placed using a next day service between 19th - 23rd of December in place of Royal Mail, in order to offer our customers the best delivery options with more time to order for delivery before Christmas.
Orders on a Saturday delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Friday 19th December for delivery before Christmas.
We will not be offering a Next Working Day delivery service after 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2023 until 9am on Monday 29th December.
Please bear in mind that due to the increase in postal activity over the Christmas period, there may be some delays outside of our control.
