This post will outline the seasonal opening hours for our retail stores and Customer Service Hub, along with the online order cut off dates.
Evapo stores seasonal opening hours
Our Evapo high street stores will maintain their usual opening hours throughout December, right up until Christmas Eve on Tuesday December 24th.

Tuesday 24th December 2024 (Christmas Eve) – usual trading hours - except our Ashford store which will be open 9am - 4pm, our Birmingham & Hammersmith stores which will be open 8am - 6pm, our Bridgend, Thanet & Worcester stores which will be open 9am - 5:30pm, our Brighton, Bristol & Hemel Hempstead stores which will be open 9am - 5pm, our Bromley, Croydon, Islington, Portobello Road, Reading & Uxbridge stores which will be open 9am - 6pm, our Cardiff store which will be open 9:30am - 6pm, and our Denman St store which will be open 10am - 6pm
Wednesday 25th December 2024 (Christmas Day) – all stores will be closed
Thursday 26th December 2024 (Boxing Day) – 10am – 6pm - except our Ashford, Basildon, Bridgend, Dartford & Eastleigh stores which will be open 10am - 4pm, our Bracknell, Caerphilly, Camberley, Chatham, Hemel Hempstead, Horsham West St & Thanet stores which will be open 10am - 5pm, our Basingstoke store which will be open 11am - 5pm, and our Portsmouth & Southampton stores which will be open 10:30am - 4:30pm

Saturday 28th December 2024 – usual trading hours
Sunday 29th December 2024 - usual Sunday hours

Wednesday 1st January 2025 (New Year’s Day) – 10am - 6pm - except our Ashford, Basildon, Bridgend, Dartford & Eastleigh stores which will be open 10am - 4pm, our Basingstoke store which will be open 11am - 5pm, our Bracknell, Caerphilly, Camberley, Chatham, Hemel Hempstead, Horsham West St & Thanet stores which will be open 10am - 5pm, and our Portsmouth & Southampton stores which will be open 10:30am - 4:30pm

Our Evapo stores that are located in shopping centres or precincts will be open in line with the trading hours of their centre, if this includes your local store you can follow the link below to find out the seasonal trading hours.

Customer Service Hub and Support Centre
Our Customer Service Hub and Support Centre will both be closed on Wednesday 25th December, Thursday 26th December, and Wednesday 1st January. You can still reach out to us via email, voicemail or social media on these days but please allow a little extra time for us to get back to you.
Christmas online orders
Whether you’re ordering Christmas presents or just a little treat for yourself, check our delivery cut off times below to make sure that your order arrives in time.
Orders with our standard First Class delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Thursday 19th December for delivery before Christmas.
Orders on a Next Working Day delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Monday 23rd December for delivery before Christmas.
Orders on a Saturday delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Friday 20th December for delivery before Christmas.
We will not be offering a Next Working Day delivery service after 5pm on Monday 23rd December 2023 until 9am on Friday 27th December.
Please bear in mind that due to the increase in postal activity over the Christmas period, there may be some delays outside of our control.
