We want to help you make sure that you are able to stock up on all of your vaping essentials this holiday season, and that any Christmas presents you order from us arrive in time for the big day. This post will outline the seasonal opening hours for our retail stores and Customer Service Hub, along with the online order cut off dates.
Evapo stores seasonal opening hours
Our Evapo high street stores will maintain their usual opening hours throughout December, right up until Christmas Eve on Sunday December 24th.

Sunday 24th December 2023 (Christmas Eve) – usual Sunday hours
Monday 25th December 2023 (Christmas Day) – all stores will be closed
Tuesday 26th December 2023 (Boxing Day) – 10am – 6pm - except our Ashford, Basildon, Dartford, Thanet & Yeovil stores which will be open 10am - 4pm, our Cardiff store which will be open 10:30am - 6pm, our Portsmouth store which will be open 10am - 5:30pm, and our Southampton store which will be open 10:30am - 4:30pm
Wednesday 27th December 2023 - usual trading hours
Thursday 28th December 2023 – usual trading hours
Friday 29th December 2023 - usual trading hours
Saturday 30th December 2023 - usual trading hours
Sunday 31st December 2023 (New Year’s Eve) – usual Sunday hours
Monday 1st January 2024 (New Year’s Day) – 10am - 6pm - except our Ashford, Basildon, Dartford, Thanet & Yeovil stores which will be open 10am - 4pm, our Cardiff store which will be open 10:30am - 6pm, our Portsmouth store which will be open 10am - 5:30pm, and our Southampton store which will be closed.
Shopping centre stores
Our Evapo stores that are located in shopping centres or precincts will be open in line with the trading hours of their centre, if this includes your local store you can follow the link below to find out the seasonal trading hours.
Evapo Ashford – located in the County Square Shopping Centre
Evapo Dartford – located in the Orchards Shopping Centre
Evapo Hammersmith – located in the Broadway Shopping Centre
Evapo Hemel Hempstead – located in the Marlowes Shopping Centre
Evapo Portsmouth – located in the Cascades Shopping Centre
Evapo Southampton – located in the Marlands Shopping Centre
Evapo Swansea - located in the Quadrant Shopping Centre
Evapo Thanet – located in the Westwood Cross Shopping Centre
Customer Service Hub and Support Centre
Our Customer Service Hub and Support Centre will both be closed on Monday 25th December, Tuesday 26th December, and Monday 1st January. You can still reach out to us via email, voicemail or social media on these days but please allow a little extra time for us to get back to you.
Christmas online orders
Whether you’re ordering Christmas presents or just a little treat for yourself, check our delivery cut off times below to make sure that your order arrives in time.
Orders with our standard First Class delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Tuesday 19th December for delivery before Christmas.
Orders on a Next Working Day delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Thursday 21st December for delivery before Christmas.
Orders on a Saturday delivery service will need to be placed before 5pm on Friday 22nd December for delivery before Christmas.
We will not be offering a Next Working Day delivery service after 5pm on Thursday 21st December 2023 until 9am on Wednesday 27th December.
Please bear in mind that due to the increase in postal activity over the Christmas period, there may be some delays outside of our control.
