May 2023 is bringing us a whopping three bank holidays, so let’s all keep our fingers crossed that the sun will make an appearance!

Over these bank holidays our retail stores will be operating with Sunday service hours, so take a look below to find out when your local Evapo store will be opening to make sure you know when you can pop in.

Evapo stores bank holiday opening hours

Our high street stores will be operating with the following opening hours over the bank holidays:

  • Monday 1st May (Early May bank holiday) – 10am – 6pm
  • Monday 8th May (Coronation of King Charles III) – 10am – 6pm
  • Monday 29th May (Spring bank holiday) – 10am – 6pm

The following stores will have slightly different opening hours for the bank holidays, these hours will apply to all three bank holidays:

  • Ashford – 10am – 4pm
  • Basildon – 10am – 5:30pm
  • Bristol – 9:30am – 6pm
  • Dartford – 10am – 4pm
  • Gloucester – 10:30am – 4:30pm
  • Hemel Hempstead – 11am – 5pm
  • Horsham West St – 10am – 5pm
  • Portsmouth – 10am – 5:30pm
  • Southampton – 10am – 5pm
  • Thanet – 10am – 5pm
  • Yeovil – 10am – 5pm

Our retail stores which are located in shopping centres will be opening in line with the opening hours of the centre, you can find details at the links below:

Customer Service hub

Our Customer Service hub will be closed for each of the bank holidays on the 1st, 8th, and 29th of May. You can still get in contact with us via email, social media, or by leaving a voicemail, and we will get back to you once our services have resumed. Please note that it may take a little longer than usual for us to reply to your enquiry.

Ordering online

If you aren’t going to be able to make it to your local Evapo store, you can shop our full range of vape kits, e-liquids, and vaping accessories online. We offer multiple different delivery options including next working day and Saturday services, or you can choose to Click & Collect from countless HubBox locations across the country.

Please bear in mind that delivery services will not be operating on any of the three bank holiday Monday’s so this may cause a slight delay in receiving your order. Orders placed on May 1st, 8th, or 29th of May will be despatched on the next working day.

Standard delivery

Orders placed using our standard delivery service are estimated to be delivered within 1 – 3 working days, and so will not be delivered on 1st, 8th, or 29th of May. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery due to the bank holiday backlog.

Next day delivery

Orders placed using our Next day delivery service after 5pm on Friday 28th April, Friday 5th May, and Friday 26th of May will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Saturday delivery

Orders placed using a Saturday delivery service will be unaffected by any of the May bank holidays.
