1. How can I join Evapo Club?
It’s very easy and only takes one minute!
Just pop into one of our stores , fill in a simple registration form, get one of our cards and start collecting your points. Within 24 hours, you’ll get a welcome email with a link to create your online password.
2. Can I still use my e liquid stamp card?
Not after you join Evapo Club. Otherwise, you can use your stamp card and redeem e liquids until the end of December 2017.
3. As an online user, am I already automatically enrolled into Evapo Club? How about the online points I have already collected?
Absolutely! Whenever you shop online at Evapo you are automatically enrolled into Evapo Club and all your previous points are transferred into Evapo Club points. If you want to use them in stores, you will have to pick up a card and register on your next visit and your points will be available on your card within 24 hours. Remember to use the same email address!
4.How do I collect and redeem points?
You start collecting points straight away. You earn 10 points for every £1 you spend online or in stores. You save £1 for every 200 points you redeem on subsequent purchases.
5. Can I redeem my points straight away?
You start redeeming as soon as you have collected more than 400 points. After this, you can redeem your points whenever you spend more than four pounds.
6.As an online user, can I redeem my points in stores?
Yes, absolutely! You just need to register in-store (with the same email address!) and get your card. All your online points will be automatically loaded to your card within 24 hours and you can spend them either online or offline.
7.Can I redeem my store points for my online purchases?
Yes, as long as you have created an online password by following the link from your welcome email.
8.Will I get points from purchase with special offers?
Yes, every pound you spend on our products counts. Whether it’s a promotional purchase or not, you earn points.
9.How can I check my points balance?
In stores, your points balance is shown on your receipt.
To check it online, just log into your account and select the “My points” section.
10.How can I replace a lost card?
Just visit one of our stores to report the loss and to get a new one. It will be activated within 24 hours.
